Clearcoat ships a secure MCP connector for Claude. Ask questions, book work, text customers and keep the books — no clicking through screens, no tab-switching.

Things you can just say

What Claude can do

  • Schedule
    See any day, book appointments (double-booking impossible), move jobs through check-in to completed.
  • Customers
    Search by name or phone, pull up vehicles and history, add new customers on the spot.
  • Messages
    Text or email customers through your real Clearcoat threads — consent rules included.
  • Money
    Log expenses and get a live revenue / expenses / net summary for the month.

Two-minute setup

  1. In Clearcoat, open Settings → Business → Claude connector and generate your connector URL (owners only).
  2. In claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the URL. Works with Claude Desktop too.
  3. Ask Claude: “How does my day look?”

Security: the URL is a private key to your shop — every action is scoped to your business only, and you can regenerate or revoke it any time. Sensitive changes stay in your audit trail.
