Terms of Service

The service

Clearcoat provides scheduling, CRM, messaging and payment tooling for detailing businesses. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with messaging consent laws (TCPA and carrier rules) — Clearcoat enforces STOP handling on your behalf.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly per location. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Card payments from your customers go directly to your Stripe account — Clearcoat never holds your funds.

Fair use & termination

No unlawful content, spam, or abuse of messaging. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or other customers at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
