What we collect

Account details (name, email, business info), customer and vehicle records you enter, appointment and payment metadata, and messages sent through the platform. Payments are processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

How we use it

To run your shop: bookings, reminders, invoices, payroll and reviews. We never sell personal data. Text messages are sent only to customers who provided their number, and every SMS supports STOP to opt out immediately.

Who else sees it

Subprocessors that power the product: Supabase (data & auth), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Google (reviews, when connected), Anthropic (AI drafts, message context only), Vercel (hosting).

Your choices

Owners can export their data or request deletion at any time. End customers can request their records via the shop that serves them, or contact us directly.
